History

Benchmark Training Ltd was formed in 2005 to provide top quality, high volume and geographically dispersed training and managed services to both the public and private sectors with a specific emphasis on the transportation, Nuclear and Enforcement sectors. Since then it has grown tremendously with the Company developing a wide range of standard and bespoke courses and services for its growing list of clients.

Our clients include Network Rail, Balfour Beatty, SERCO, Siemens, Alstom, Westinghouse, Urenco, Sellafield and the UK Home Office and the Company now trains over 2,000 students a year on its leadership, communications, team building, change management, presentation skills, conflict management and many other courses. Its leadership team is currently focussed on developing front line leaders in large organisations and within the public sector.

The company is based in London but has a presence throughout most of the UK and provides the following core training courses and programmes at either client sites or its training centre at Moreton in Marsh in the Cotswolds:
