SCS is a leading independent consultancy providing a range of technical services primarily, but not exclusively, for the defence and security sectors.  Our principal client is UK MoD and its agencies; other major customers include NATO, EU, major defence contractors, other UK Government Departments and a range of blue-chip non-defence businesses.

We support the delivery of complex programmes at all stages of the procurement cycle.  The key SCS competence is Capability Integration - ensuring that the individual elements that comprise a programme are coherently articulated, inter-related and integrated: this is our core business.  Our hallmark is the application of a unique combination of theoretical knowledge and practical experience.

SCS capabilities range from concept and doctrine development, support to the development of complex hardware and software systems, Logistic Systems & Supportability, to the delivery of collective training and synthetic environments.  We also provide Interim Management and support Special Projects.
