The List

Armed Forces Networking & Recruitment

The List - The Job Search and International Business Directory (Database) for all ranks of all Services of the UK Armed Forces, the ex-UK Armed Forces Community, serving and former members of the Volunteer Reserves, Cadet Force Adult Volunteers, former Cadets (aged 18 or over) and UOTC members.

Membership of this unique organisation offers lifetime job-seeking and business development networking along with the contact, marketing and other information of thousands of Members who are either In Business or Job Seekers.

Job-seeking networking is supported by a new and exclusive employer-led recruitment model where a vast network of supportive employers and professional intermediaries (recruiters, agencies, search firms and head-hunters) are searching for and finding you because they have made a conscious decision that they value, recognise and want the talent you represent.

Initial registration is free but new registrants are encouraged to become full Members when they first join through either the purchase of annual Membership (£25+VAT) or a one-off payment for Life Membership (£40+VAT).

A new category of Corporate Membership has been devised for supportive employers who formally recognise the value of The List and have undertaken to represent The List across their business for the purposes of recruitment, business to business (B2B) networking and mutual reciprocity for the direct benefit of all parties. Annual Corporate Membership brings with it significant reduction on standard recruitment fees along with access to bespoke advertising, marketing and networking opportunities.

The List is supported by monthly networking meetings - The Liquid List - across the country held on the first Thursday of every month.
